How do computer stores data?

All the data stored in our computer ,every word ,every document,every picture and videos ,everything-is  captured as a series of electrical pulses that are either on or off.A number system called binary is used to represent these pulses .It is form of 0 and 1 only.All the information of computer is the form and only represented by 0 and 1.
here "1" means on and 0 means off.By linking together these switches ,the computer can carry out the complex information we need.

1 bit = a binary digit either 1 or 0
1 kilobyte = 1000 bytes
1 mega bytes=1024 kilobytes
1 gigabyte=1024 megabyte
1 terrabyte= 1024 gigabyte

It holds all the information even after computer is switched off. [ROM]
It only holds data when compuer is on ar user have saved it.[RAM]

CPU::It is commonly known as the brain of computer.It is the main part of computer we can say,here all the information is saved.The processor and everything that needs to drive computer is here.

VIRUS::It stands for Vital Information resources under seized.It may causes the computer to work to slow,or sometime delete our files and make our computer undriveable.
