Techniques of Trekking
Trekking is commonly known as combination of hiking and walking activities.This activity done for many days and generally planned from urban peoples.

Trekking makes a journey on foot with some equipment in hands. A trek is long and can be adventurous as well .Trekking should not be confused with mountaineering,however trekking can be done in done risky and dangerous mountains to make it adventurous but it should not be compared to Mountaineering.
It is an activity to get out of the hilly ares or simply just cross the type of mountains whereas Mountaineering defines as climbing of mountains to reach their peaks.

Types of Trekking:::
A- Tree house trekking-It is type of trekking in which you have to cover the large area in long time ,means you'll get tea or food and sleep ,actually you'll get intervals ,so that you can enjoy yourself as well as know the local people's culture and tradition as well.
B-Camping trekking:: In this type of trekking the trekkers carry all food items and tents.All sleep in tents .The staff cooks the meals as per decided menu.

Note* Trekking is done with only a stick generally,sometimes you may need to carry a bag with rope ,matches and light as well.
