Environmental Catastrophe
There is a difference between natural catastrophe -those extremes events in nature,such as earhquakes
Tsunami,cyclones that cause widespread damage and man made environmental catastrophe,for which we human beings are responsible.Man made disasters pollute huge areas and causes extensive damage to human ,animal and plants badly.Examples includes gases,chemicals spills and accident
in nuclear power plants,over fishing in in seas and ocean and large -scale destruction of forests.
The increased green house effect also belong to the category of man made environmental catastrophe.
Note- Penguin find it very hard to free themselves from the oil,even human beings can do little to save an oil drenched penguin.
1-What happens in an accident in nuclear power plant?
::We all know in nuclear word that is sounding like a dangerous for us.They contain large number
of radioactive materials which is very bad of human as well as plants and animals.In this process when a accident happens the pressure and temprature both increases vigouresly causing problems
to surroundings.The effect of radioactive substances can remain after the incident also.Sometimes
it can affect people for long time at that place where this happened due to radiation.
2-What is Over fishing?
::It means that catching of fishes faster than than they can reproduce through natural process.
Overfishing inevitably leads to the depletion of other marine species including birds and animals.
3-What is Greenhouse Effect?
::In this effects,the air gets heated up because the warm rays of sun get trapped by the roof and the walls are not reflected outwards completely.This thing is increasing day by day and causing
problems to earth.
Increasing day by day causes earth to be warm .Due to irresponsible human activities and climate changes the green house effect is increasing regularly.As a result the earth is warming than ususal.
